"Great bag, solid material and construction. The shipping came in in a box so no scratching, but the bag was in a slightly compress state in the box causing the water proof zipper to be slightly folded in on the corners, will take some time to buff them out on regular use."

"Allora però dal fatto che mi avevano fatto un rimborso del mio primo zaino acquistato da loro ora mai nel l’untano 2015 dopo 10anni di uso, svariati voli, lo zaino ha iniziato a cedere, me lo hanno fatto cambiare con la 3za generazione, bello capiente come sempre zero imperfezioni, comodissimo anche a pieno carico, impermeabile e fa suo sporco lavoro, spero altre tanto che mi duri altri 10 anni come minimo."

Great everyday/work bag

"It is a bit heavy and has quite a few pockets but once you get used to the "flow" of the bag its insanely usable. I have my work keys on the magnetic key ring and store all my accessories in the top outside pocket. Even with everything i need for work I have tons of space inside so it will make for a great weekend bag when needed. Thanks Black Ember for keeping the Citadel line amazing!"

Great bag - looks awesome and great features too

"I've had this bag for 2 weeks now, using it for work and air travel. I love it so far. It has a very cool minimalist 'stealth' look, is a good size with practical pockets (not having too many for the sake of it), and very comfortable. One of the reasons I bought this was the 50cm length - I'm 6"4 tall and it fits great, unlike a lot of other backpacks. It also has a luggage carry which is a little tight to get on, but once on the bag stays pretty solid (just hope it doesn't add wear to the back padding over time). I also bought an extra side handle so it's easy to hold the backpack laterally when putting it on a suitcase. Overall I love this bag - very happy"
